    <content type="html">&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;Trying to keep a journal and write in it everyday about how was my day and what did i eat is just to hard for me&lt;br /&gt;somedays when i finaly have 5minutes for myself im just so fucking tired i dont even want to move anymore&lt;br /&gt;anyway 5th day of ABC...doing good...kinda&lt;br /&gt;drinking a shitload of water&lt;br /&gt;today i had around 500 cal but burned like 400 so thats cool&lt;br /&gt;this morning i was still at 113.2&lt;br /&gt;cant wait for toomorrow morning&lt;br /&gt;really hope i lost....&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;</content>

    <content type="html">&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;THX to babylove i now have ABC in details so i guess today is day 1&lt;br /&gt;500 cal day&lt;br /&gt;i had 3/4 cup cereal +1/2 cup 2%milk : 160 cal&lt;br /&gt;granola bar&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; :&amp;nbsp; 130 cal&lt;br /&gt;8 small rice cakes&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; : &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; 60cal&lt;br /&gt;for a big total of 200 cal&lt;br /&gt;whatever im eating next will be for sure under 300cal&lt;br /&gt;IF im eating anything else.....&lt;br /&gt;this morning i was still at 114 hopefully tomorow will be a thinner day&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;</content>
